No children under 12 or pets. Highfield Bed & Breakfast is a NO SMOKING establishment. All rooms have complementary WiFi access and Freeview digital TV.

A £20 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your room booking. Rooms are available after 3pm on day of check-in unless by prior arrangment. On the morning of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10am.

This is a sample menu for breakfast and is served between 8am to 9am (earlier by request). Whenever possible, locally-sourced organic produce is used for all our meals.

Location

Highfield Bed & Breakfast is less than one mile from Axminster Railway Station, which is part of the Waterloo to Exeter line. Pick-up from the station can be arranged on request. Train ticket bookings and information can be found on the National Rail Enquiries Online website.

Axminster is approximately 20 miles from the M5 (Junction 26) and is served well by the A303, A35 and A358. Please click on the Highfield postcode in the Contact Details section to view a map of the local area and the road links.

Axminster is only 20 miles from Exeter International Airport, which is five miles from the city of Exeter. Both flybe.com and Skybus fly in and out of the airport.
